Points redemption using the calendar
A bit of a rant I guess. I am trying to book two, five day back to back redemptions to take my younger brother to Disney. I've been looking at properties in the Orlando area and clicked the "flexible date" option. The calendar shows the points cost of 5 day bookings. Clicking on the selected start date (for example - December 2nd) I see a message on the calendar saying "134,000 Points total for Dec 2-7 (5 nights)" however when I click "Continue" the points needed are 290,000. In the last week I have tried this at several properties and with several dates using the calendar and the ~2.5x increase is reflected in the final booking page. I called the Titanium line and was told the calendar isn't accurate. In the past I used this to help determine when to book - in any case it looks like the calendar right now is not helpful. Wondering if others have had this issue as of late? Admittedly it's been a while since i tried to make a points booking for more than a day or two so perhaps this is not news to any of you earn and burn folks?

I think on at least one occasion I've seen something like that where, when I clicked through, the point price refected the first part of the points + cash rate. Although, for me, the calendar works right most of the time. I'm looking up a few dates at random properties now and the points rate listed is the correct rate when I click through.

Looks like its displaying a 2 night price for the any length of stay 2 nights or more in Dec 2025. Jan 2026 also does the same
Just checked for a London Marriott and it's doing the same, so more likely to be an IT error than a location-specific glitch.
