You should have added a qualification that you consider perhaps 40% of the world exorbitant. I'm not one to judge your political beliefs correct or not, but you appeared to suggest Aruba was somehow an exception, when actually the tax would be a big discount for Americans vs. places like Mexico and possibly parts of the US.
