I'd say it's about 1/3 of mine. Most common is they fail to give the 1000 points.

Its not necessarily a bad thing when dealing with foreign currencies. Many CS agents have no idea how to back out taxes or figure out currency conversions. If they dont give you enough points, you can correct them. If they err on the high side, thats the cost of making you waste your time.

Yes actually, just a few hours ago. It shows up differently on the app and the browser, but the aggregate point total is the same.

You all have me wondering how often I've overlooked this though with some of you stating it happens very often. I just got this AMEX a few months ago before Oktoberfest so it was easy to spot the error, I'm not sure if this was happening with my Chase or not.
