I had the same issue leading up to my stay on Saturday night. This happens often to me when I change from points to certificates, but this time I made no changes to any upcoming reservations.

This is happening to me right now. All my reservations are on the website, but the app says I don't have any. Won't even recognize existing reservation numbers.
