App problems?
 
Is the app unable to load current stays for everybody else the last few days too?

I had the same issue leading up to my stay on Saturday night. This happens often to me when I change from points to certificates, but this time I made no changes to any upcoming reservations.

It did not work on the app but worked on the website

This is happening to me right now. All my reservations are on the website, but the app says I don't have any. Won't even recognize existing reservation numbers.
