Never have seen this?



I booked a night using points at Boston W and when I checked my Res this popped up? Clicked the link and approved the deduction of points. I can still cancel per the rules and get my points back correct? I tried to use a SNA but not available for this Rez? I have plenty of points to cover the Rez...which was 128K for corner king suite...Thanks!

That looks as if you - on purpose or not - tried to make a points advance reservation (i.e., only hold the room but pay the points later - this has the risk of increased points needed). At least the box in such cases used to be a similar one if I recall correctly.
