I also got a 22,500 point offer, but after only two stays: 7,500 points after the 1st stay; 15,000 points after the 2nd.
The other interesting thing about my offer is that the fine print states that my promo starts the day after I register and is then good for the rest of that month and through the next two full months. I set a reminder for New Year's Day to register at that time.

My offer is not as generous:
- 4,500 points after first stay
- 7,500 points after second stay
Will max out this week and then back to Hyatt.

It might be worthwhile to wait for Marriott to release the next quarterly promo and then stack them.
