Promotion code never available
Got an email from AMEX Canada yesterday with quite a nice promo. Thought I would book 3 nights in December. Looked under flexible dates, no availability anytime in December. So then looked in every month from now til the end of the promo (April next year). Still nothing available at all...
Frustrating. What is the point of creating offers, emailing them, and not having them possible to book....

What time period have you checked? I'm not familiar with this property but their revenue department has to make this code available for specific periods and maybe December is high season!?
