How long does it take to credit Bonvoy points purchased from points.com ?

How long does it take to credit Bonvoy points purchased from points.com ?

Purchased 50K Marriott Bonvoy points yesterday at points.com, still no sight of them this morning. How long should I wait?

TIA if you have any insight!

I bought 10K points in January. Took about 24 hours to post.

It's been 50 hours since I purchased 50K under their promotion...still waiting for them to credit the points.

Still waiting...it's been more than 120 hours. I tried calling but was on hold for too long so I gave up and hung up.

I bought points directly from marriott 6 days ago and they are still not in my account. I have called they said they would open a case, meanwhile I just needed to top up 3000 points for a reservation next month and if its not rectified soon Ill lose my reservation.

Did online chat. Got a case number, should get a response in 2 to 3 business days via email.

So frustrating to deal with Marriott on this issue. I wish they would just refund my money now. Still no response / no acknowledgement / no communication. Nothing.

It was a random pop up on the Marriott website when I was looking for a hotel room.

Does anyone know if it is possible to request a refund for points purchased? It's been 2 weeks (e-mail says please wait 24-48 hours for points to be posted) and I'm still waiting and I now would rather just have my money back.
