Yes, I am a cheapskate.

Is there a way to search the Marriott website for hotels that have free parking?

Not that I'm aware of.

The consistent place to view parking rates is on the Map page of each hotel's web pages at Marriott.com.

Not on the Marriott site, but some third-party sites such as Kayak let you filter your hotel search results by free parking, and also filter those same hotel search results by hotel program.

Make sure you always confirm the parking situation direct on Marriott's site page for each hotel of interest!

Hilton has "free parking" filter. I think another filter they need is "bogus fees".
