For a Limited Time: Buy Points and Get a 50% Bonus, ends March 25 2020

Now is a great time to treat yourself or a loved one to more points. Get a 50% bonus when you buy 2,000 or more points now through March 25. Then redeem sooner for free nights, spa treatments, Marriott Bonvoy Moments experiences, and so much more.

Here’s a quick look at popular purchase amounts and how many bonus points you could earn with this promotion:

Double your purchase limit. You can buy up to 100,000 points now through March 25, 2020 — that’s twice the usual annual limit of 50,000 points. Plus, bonus points you earn with this promotion do not count toward your annual limit.

Keep in mind that this offer is valid only for points purchased through the links below:

Buy points > https://marriott.pxf.io/c/1981452/321374/4937
Gift points > https://marriott.pxf.io/c/1981453/321374/4937

Will you buy points to get to your next redemption?

Uh oh. The last time points went on sale was followed by a crushing devaluation.

Please don’t hit us again this year.

So should i buy 10000 points 10 times instead of 50000 points 2 times to maximize bonus point right?

The chart above is wrong. In the link, buying 50,000 points gives 25,000 points (not 20,000). Therefore the ratio of bonus points to purchased points is the same.

Occasionally, when hotel points are on sale, I like to buy points for at least one night to augment paid stays, credit cards and other activity. I'm likely a buyer of 100,000 Hilton points and 60,000 Marriott points at the current sale prices.

The Terms & Conditions tend to give themselves some wiggle room.

With low expectations, they are easily exceeded.

It is kind that Marriott sells points in discount(the cheapest in Bonvoy program) before major category changes. It gives members the chance to lock in cheaper redemption rate now even if they don't have enough points yet.

Will be maxing this out at $1250. This is even cheaper than the 30% discount they have run several times, and allows you to buy more. 40K + 20K points at $500 is 25K of basically any airline mile you want. I've also been getting over 1c/pt on my Cat8 redemptions so it's a no-brainer.
