Does the reservation call center have some problems?

I did not call Marriott very often. Now I would like to use my free night voucher to make a reservation.
I told the bot that I want to make a new reservation and gave my Marriott rewards number. I am a Titanium Elite.
I have been listening the crappy music for more than half an hour.
Is this normal for Marriott reservation line? Is there any special line for elite member?

The titanium number is listed in your app.

and if its just a free night voucher that you can see in your account, just book online. If travel package, need to call in.
