Does the reservation call center have some problems?
I did not call Marriott very often. Now I would like to use my free night voucher to make a reservation.
I told the bot that I want to make a new reservation and gave my Marriott rewards number. I am a Titanium Elite.
I have been listening the crappy music for more than half an hour.
Is this normal for Marriott reservation line? Is there any special line for elite member?
