E-certs for SPG properties ?

E-certs for SPG properties ?
Does anyone know when SPG properties will be bookable with e-certs instead of straight points? I'd like to make a future rez for which I do not yet have the cert (will have it before the time of the stay though).
Another question: I tried to make a rez with points at an SPG just now and last page said "unable to process" with an error message. No additional trips are in My Trips but 70k points are gone. Nothing in activity either. Been on hold now for 18 minutes. ARGH.
