Had a quick overnight stay. Arrived at 23:30 and was checked in quickly and upgraded to the same corner room as EE above as titanium elite.
- they told me that they’re going green and not providing water anymore; the one aluminum bottle of water in the room is a $4 charge. We are encouraged to refill our own bottles at fountains throughout the hotel (lobby, gym, mclub, specific floors) or grab a reusable plastic jug from the mclub. I thought that was kind of cheap, especially not even giving a single bottle of water for elites.
- lounge is 24/7; I took a quick peek around midnight and it had light snacks (cookies and fruits) as well as soft drinks. Breakfast was okay; nothing special, just your usual eggs, bacon, ham, veggies, breads.

- shower pressure was alright. Bed was plush and the duvet was a bit too thin, so I turned the heater up from 21C to 25C and it heated the room up extremely quickly.

- it’s connected to the 15plus indoor walkway. Go to the ground floor and go to the Telus centre, then go up the escalator. It’s super convenient and got me to my office without needing to step out into the -20C cold.
overall, it’s nothing special but definitely will come back again.
