Does anybody have an e-mail address from a GM or the Front Desk Manager? Thanks.
I send it to the regular mail, but I didn't even get a confirmation e-mail.
In short, we booked a a parking package an parked in the wrong parking. Nobody told us to watch out for the right parking garage, nor did anybody double check at check-in. When driving out of the parking garage, we found out the card from the hotel didn't work. In the end we just had to pay another €293 for parking. The hotel simple said tough luck. So wanted to e-mail the GM, but they didn't give an e-mail.

Thinking of staying here for a night after taking the late B6 flight in from BOS. Would arrive around noon (and I would have Your24 check-in lined up for noon). How does that line up with the times of day when these monstrous check-in lines are potentially likely to exist?

(1) i had a mobile key issued on my last stay but did not use it so cannot speak to how functional it is, either way one still has to stop at the front desk upon check in even after mobile check in
(2) the line can be variable depending on what day of week, if there is a conference etc, but i have never experienced any type of massive queue, especially in early afternoon (between noon-3) because check has passed for those who do so at the desk, and check-in has not yet started so your chances are likely good

Can you clarify for me, would I be able to mobile check-in and use mobile key to enter the room first and then go to the front desk later, or is it absolutely necessary to go to the front desk first?
And what does the front desk stop entail, I assume you just show them your passports and it's not a lengthy affair because mobile check-in and mobile key is available? thanks!

Thanks, will hope for the best. NUA cleared into an executive 1 bedroom suite, and 12:00 Your24 was approved, so we're off to a good start.

My stay is coming up. I see mobile check-in offered + mobile key option in the Bonvoy app.

it is almost always just the passport/ID verification and to sign their little piece of paper before the key is released.

i cannot definitively answer if you can go straight to your room as i did not ultimately use mobile key (i just get it as a back up) BUT, as with most all european hotels, they still require a stop at the desk even after you get the notifcation your room is ready/mobile key is ready--it is, but not released until a desk stop--but never has been more than just a few minutes across dozens of EU properties i stay in.

Success!
Checked in just after noon, no line at all. Suite is indeed a proper suite with 1.5 baths and a door separating the master bed/bath area. Hors d'oeuvres 4-7pm (will check it out later), restaurant breakfast, and they even set up a 6pm checkout unprompted (we don't need it, but nice touch).
