Participating Properties that have mandatory resort charges, which include internet access, will provide a replacement benefit, to be determined at each Participating Property's discretion. You may find this information in 1.3.c. Complimentary In-Room Internet Access.

Update, I was not charged the $15 Local Fee on my final folio at the Sheraton Grand. I didn't complain or ask about it, it just didn't happen. Strange given that it's clearly shown on the actual e-mail reservation. Totally speculating, but maybe it's related to Platinum status, the corporate rate I used, or the fact that I was "upgraded" to the Club Floor.
Note the parking garage charge is per day, not per night, and the garage check-out is hard-coded for 5pm departure. Thus, I paid $83 to self-park for under 48 hours, which is brutal. Further, you pay at the garage kiosk and the front desk says the garage is not affiliated with the property so no points earned. A friend parked for a fraction of the cost at the Public Library garage about 1 block south.

Grand Sheraton Downtown
Good and bad to report. Husband got a nice upgrade to a king Executive Suite and MOST of the room was clean but my husband was not a fan of the shaving remnants in the sink. Also they didn't code his key for the lounge. By far, his biggest pet peeve at hotels is a key not working whether it be access to the lounge, elevator or, the worst, to get into the room. The FD did, proactively, give him 5000 points for the dirty sink.
We'll both be staying here in May for a wedding so I hope the sink is clean-I'm a lot less easy going about that kind of stuff than my husband

We are at the Sheraton Grand Nashville right now. The lounge is open every day (including weekends) for breakfast from 6:30-9am. Appetizers served from 5-7pm every evening. The lounge is quite crowded in the morning for breakfast every time we have been between 8:30-9am.

Music City
Stay Report - 5/31 to 6/1
Location: The Sheraton Music City is located on the west side of the Nashville Airport. It's in a sleepy area near a few office parks but if you drive about a mile you'll get to Donelson Pike which has a number of restaurants, gas stations, fast food places and other hotels.
Hotel: The hotel is a sprawling property which feels pretty dated outside and inside but the service make up for it. Self parking is $15/day and valet is $21/day. There's a large lobby with a business center in it, bar and restaurant which stays open late, Sheraton Club on the first floor (currently open thankfully) and a lot of meeting space. There are only two elevators but I never encountered waits.
Check In: An extremely friendly agent checked me in and told me I'd been upgraded to a junior suite. She also gave me welcome amenity points and said that I could also have the buffet breakfast as well as club access if I wanted.
Room: As is typical of a junior suite it's just a longer room. There was a large living room area with a big couch and a desk behind it along with a kitchen area with a coffeemaker and two bottles of water. The bed was comfortable and there were outlets next to it. The bathroom was a bit small but there was a balcony.
Lounge: The lounge is open weekdays for breakfast and evening appetizers. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal and breads and fruit. Service in there was wonderful.
I really liked my stay here. I felt the elite treatment was perfect and every staff member I dealt with was friendly and helpful.
