Opening September 2017. Cat 7. No info yet on website whether it has an exec lounge.

"Occupying the 22nd to 33rd floor of the Royal Square @ Novena mixed-use development, The 250-room Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena is strategically located at the doorstep of Health City Novena, directly linked to the MRT and only 25-minutes by taxi from Changi International Airport.

All rooms are stylishly designed, including full length bay windows that showcase breathtaking panoramic views of both the city and nature reserve. Guests can opt to dine at the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, Sky22 which features modern European cuisine with distinct Asian influences, recharge at the Lobby Lounge or head up to the 33rd floor for cocktails with a gorgeous view at the Urbana Rooftop Bar.

The hotel also features two meeting rooms, and an outdoor rooftop infinity pool, executive lounge and fitness center."

Cheers.

Are we neighbors?

Anyway, I assume they simply hadn't finish putting up all the letters.

For a property that claims to be opening next month, I would assume they would be accepting reservations now, but they are not.

Sometimes you can book in advance; other times they don't open up inventory until closer to opening. September could be the end of September, which means 7 weeks.

A property where I live couldn't offer up inventory until they got the final sign-off by Marriott.

Cheers.

Looks like they found the rest of the letters.

It is looking closer and closer all the time.

Last week I was searching dates in Feb and the only results I got was for the Marriott Tang Plaza and the JW. I just noticed this courtyard is taking reservations. Maybe I just wasn't observant before.

Seems like Nov 1 is the first night. 35k points a night? Seems pricey!

I rather just spend the 40K/night for either the JW (which I'm doing in Feb) or the Marriott Tang Plaza (which I've stayed at before). However, I hear CYs in Asia are actually nice. I booked the Courtyard Bali Seminyak and Courtyard Taipei for some upcoming trips.

I live 650m from this property. Thought it might be fun to stay the first night. But 12K Starpoints or SGD 267 is a bit more than I want to spend for a laugh.
