Sounds like Blue Moon is already part of Autograph & Winter Haven joins Sept 4th.

In the article it mentions there is a $10 daily fee at both (above the room rate) that covers continental breakfast & internet. Since Gold/Plats get both free (M-F for brekkie & daily for i-net), a case can be made G/Ps will be exempt from the fee.

Holiday Inn Express, Exeter Rd, London Ontario is now a Courtyard by Marriott. Located right off the highway at the Wellington Rd exit (186). Judging the trucks and workers there the last couple month or so, it looks like a pretty extensive renovation.

But as a result of the brand change, it goes from free breakfast for everyone, to no free breakfast for anyone (no matter how elite at Marriott). :td:

Winterhaven doesn't start as Autograph until September 4th. You might want to start a property specific thread at that time and ask for input, as you'll probably get input in a property specific thread rather than in a generic thread on new hotels joining Marriott & leaving Marriott.

Tsaghkadzor Marriott Hotel, opening in October 2012. I could not find out if this is a reconversion or a brand new property.

Marriott is taking the management of the Adigaz rest house in Tsakhkadzor.
The complex was previously owned by ArmRosGazprom.

A new Courtyard by Marriott will be coming to the "Navy Yard" development in Philadelphia.

Courtyard Kansas City Briarcliff
 

The new Courtyard in Briarcliff in the Kansas City area recently opened. This hotel is located adjacent to my office and is between the airport and downtown off Highway 169. This is a great location and will be convenient to downtown when the highway reopens (closed for construction) later this year. It is on a hillside overlooking the city, so request a city view room for a great view.

There are several good restaurants in the Briarcliff complex about a 1/2 mile from the hotel. Unfortunately, the only breakfast option at the hotel is the bistro.
