Anyone have any other emails I can try? I've already tried several including this one and what I believed to be the GM over the last few weeks and still no response. I'm trying to book the 4-bedroom villa for later this year and have some questions before plunking down quite a lot of money and this is giving me pause.
Anyone have any experience with this villa? Seems to be called the "Seaside Escape." There's very little information online about it.

I didn't stay in that villa, but walked past. Looked rather overgrown. When I was there, that area was absolutely overrun with mosquitos, but that may vary based on time of year. I can recommend the Extreme Wow Suite, which has several bedrooms and a variety of indoor/outdoor living spaces.

Thank you! That does not inspire much confidence either... looks so nice online! We are looking at a December stay for a multi-family visit and would love for everyone to stay in one villa - the smaller 2 bedroom villa also looks amazing. Really surprised at the lack of information online - can't even find any TikTok or YouTube influencers that have stayed there!
Whilst its not very clear online, there is only one villa down on the beach that has a real sea view. The other villas barely have a sea view from their pools and no view from the rooms due to their design.
The 2 bed villa is ridiculously big, so much so that only two bedrooms (3 double beds) doesnt befit the size of the place. If there were more beds you could comfortably have 20 people stay there. The pool is pretty much the same size as the main pool.
The four bed is obviously even bigger but the location isnt as good as the two bed. The two bed is quite close to the lobby (and the bar) and not too far to walk to restaurant for breakfast.
Ill probably return and it would be a toss up between the one villa on the beach mentioned previously or the 2 bed. Id avoid the jungle oasis rooms.

Yes quite right but to be even clearer, whilst it is up on the hillside with a great view, it is a short walk from the lobby as opposed to the ocean view rooms and the 4 bed villa which are up on the hillside and require a buggy from the lobby. Clear as mud!
