I got one bigger than that and similar at one of the Hyatt airport hotels last week but the suite was amazing and it seemed limited to just one intruder

The website information seems to imply that the club lounge is now open as it mentioned in room category descriptions. Can anyone confirm?

The hotel have confirmed that they have recently re-opened the club lounge. The Westin have also re-opened their lounge.

I’m here now. Upgraded without prompting to a corner suite on a high floor.

Club lounge is open including for breakfast on weekdays. Weekends you get a voucher for the buffet in the restaurant. The buffet is okay: scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausages, bread, pastries, fruit salad, porridge, juice and tea/coffee. You can also order from the menu but I don’t know if you have to pay extra.

Lounge looks renovated but I think.

Staff as usual are very good.

One issue with the lounge is that there’s no milk/half&half left outside by the coffee / machines when not during breakfast time. When I enquired this was because they had been told off by food safety inspection as a violation as milk can spoil . I said why not put it inside the fridge with the water bottles and was told that that’s also not allowed. So don’t expect to have any milk with your tea during the day!

Is their shuttle tracker working on the app? My last stay it wasn't and I ended up walking to the terminals, not wanting to have to wait around.

The tracker seems to be on/off. However, I have seen the shuttle come/off quite a fair bit. Reception say it’s around every 20-30 minutes.

I guess I'll keep planning on walking to/from here then.

Did you have an outdoor balcony? Last time I was there, I had a corner suite with an outdoor balcony just far enough before and to the side of the beginning of runway 24R (I think) that I had an excellent view of landing aircraft just a few seconds before they hit the runway.

No balcony but still great views of the runways.

From the design of the Sheraton I didn’t think they had any rooms with balcony’s.

I've been in a corner suite here close to a dozen times and never a balcony.

Now you have something to look forward to! 😉

It was a pretty small balcony right on the corner of the building, on the top floor, IIRC. Room enough for one, possibly two, chairs.

I'm guessing top floor only.
