Quoting someone else response to a similar question:
The Mint is now including RFID trackers in each coin roll and also one in the box.
If you do this, be sure to unroll every coin as soon as you get them. Take the paper and throw it in a dumpster far away from your home.
If you take those rolls or boxes to the bank, the bank will scan them and turn you in to the coin deposit task force.

Yes, because the government has developed microscopic RFID trackers with which they dust the packages and thus are able to track YOU wherever you go, when the dust settles upon you while handling the package. Best to take a shower and burn your clothing after you open the package. Remember to take all the coins into the shower with you, since they also will have tracker dust on them.

I purchased some gift cards at GC.com last night via BC.com, which normally nets $12.00 CB per $500 card, but I just checked my account and last night's purchases posted at $2.00 per card even though BC still lists the CB at 2.4%.
I don't know of any other thread where this is being discussed, so I posted it here. Hope it helps before you do any large purchases.

I'd of course open a support ticket with bigcrumbs. Since they're still reporting 2.4% even right now.

I guess that's one way to circulate them... but they won't make much money if they do sell.
$31.95 + $4.95 (Shipping) = $36.90
$36.90 - 3% Paypal commission - $0.29 PayPal Fee = $35.50
$31.95 - 12% eBay commission = $28.11 ($3.84) - 12% is for a fixed price auction, which is what this auction is
$35.50 - $3.84 - $0.75 (eBay Fees) = $30.91 - $0.75 is the listing fee.
$32.30 - $4.95 (Flat Rate Shipping) = $25.96
$25.96 - $25.00 (Cost of Coins) = $0.96
Wow. 96 cents profit. WHEEEEE! Not worth my time, thank you.

He sold a packaged proof set.
What we are getting are non-proof, circulated (condition, if not in fact), rolled coins.
They're not proof, and much of what's in the rolls is marred.
About the only numismatic value to be had from the direct ship is from mistakes, if one wants an extremely tedious task.
Even assuming abated fees @BC and no allowance for fraud/chargebacks, I don't see any real money in eBay. Handling higher coin volume is a better use of time.

At one time eBay was worth it, when there was 'bing cashback', and no limits on coin purchases.
I'd advertise an auction for 10 boxes ($2500) for $2675 with bing cashback instructions. With bcb at 8% (max $200) would yield a net price to the buyer at $2475.
I'd then order the coins from the mint, and put the shipping address to the buyer (after waiting about 2 weeks for money to move from paypal account to my bank account -- I would disclose that shipping wouldn't occur till 2 weeks after auction ended).
Paypal/Ebay fees would eat up about $125ish...
Shipping was included, since, it came directly from the mint.
End result, I earned an extra $50 per order, buyer earned $25, and I also avoided an additional trip to the bank.
At any rate, that was a while ago now, I've certainly stopped bothering with eBay as it's certainly not worth the effort now.
