How is a SS with a 409758 BIN issued by Pathward, and serviced by Incomm any different that a regular Vanilla with a 409758 BIN issued by Pathward, and serviced by Incomm?

I've never paid much attention to BIN so I didn't realize that they are the same.

Update: False alarm? I was able to drain $1 off a 409758 this morning. Tried a second one and was rejected. Maybe something to do with the expiration date, or using multiple VGCs in one transaction, or maybe just the card itself, but definitely not a complete blocking of all VGCs.

S&S no longer showing up on Rakuten. Iirc, it was originally suppose to go until 4/1. I guess we killed it...Too bad, I was looking forward to stacking it with the 2x GO points next week.

I noticed the same thing. Where you did you see that it was supposed to run until 4/1?

BTW, Citi merchant offer has 4% on Stop and Shop. Max credit is $30. Still it more than covers the activation fees.

You know how when you add an offer on Rakuten, a little "Terms & Conditions" box pops up? It was in there.

Next time, I'll have to pay attention to that. Although, like you wrote, it doesn't really matter, since they can end the offer at any time.
