Meta Reloadable Debit Card (Central Bank) - Resetting PIN
This is a question for MyPrepaidBalance.com
I've been unable to reset the PIN on a replacement card that I requested -- My previous card had expired & I never received a new one. Every time I call, the CSRs keep transferring the me to the automated VRU for resetting a PIN. I have explained that their VRU system is broken.
I would appreciate any help on how to reset the PIN. The front of my card shows "Central Bank."
