Some items are lucrative enought for us to maintain the original price even though there's a discount, I will give you two examples: 1. Let's say there's an item costing $200 and it has a discount coupon of 10%, in addition we know as a business that we can keep a healthy margin with the $200 cost, we would still pay $200 even thought technically we know buyers get it at $180 and we have plenty of deals like that, we don't mind letting the buyers enjoy savings as long as we also enjoy healthy margins. 2. Let's say on the other hand there's the same item at a cost of $200, it has the same coupon of 10%, but I know that at $200 we as a business won't be able to make good margin on it, so we would ask of you to use the 10% discount and we would pay the $180 price. We still offer the buyers full price, not a cent below, but with the coupon utilized since the alternative is us not buying the item at all and the buyers not getting any benefit from it. Please understand that we are a business and it's our purpose to buy as low as possible without hurting our buyers, I truly understand you about the 10% discount, but for the buyers as well it's better to make a profit on a $180 vs. not making any profit at all. My point of contention is attempting to paint your business as if you don't do things like the others despite doing the exact, same thing. |

At the end of the day, our focus is on securing deals that make financial sense for us and our buyers. We’re always open to feedback and appreciate the discussion. |

That's great and all, but what you don't mention is that you bake in offers into your prices. You say you don't offer below cost deals, but are currently offering $225 on a $249.99 Dell deal that requires you to have a 10% off coupon. You don't "want your buyers to enjoy their full savings" nor are you the only group who does direct manufacturer deals.

I've used UEP albeit only for a few weeks. I have had a good experience so far.
Regarding Dell, I do think it's annoying you're forced to use 10% off coupons to breakeven. Especially considering Dell is harder to dropship, so now I still have to come up with a way to justify the salestax when shipping to my house (or deal with TE) as. well as the cost of shipping if free labels aren't provided. Another annoying thing about the 10% coupons is that it only applies the discount to one item rather than your whole subtotal. So forget ordering 5 laptops, you have to make multiple orders of 1 and use multiple codes if you want to do any type of volume. Big Sky Buyers are great for free labels for Dell, although as of late they haven't had too many breakeven Dell deals. |
Just had an Amazon order Shipped to BFMR primary address. Amazon showes as delivered and signed by Bfmr but they claim they never received it.

Another "missing" Amazon shipments issue with BFMR. All Amazon deliveries to BFMR on May 20th were signed for but not checked in. People lost Macbooks, echo dots etc.
It is all over their discord. BFMR not responding to tickets on these (while continuing to post more "deals") At this point, this is clearly intentional theft by BFMR. |

I doubt that's intentional theft on BFMR side, they just can't/won't do anything with it. It's not new really, they had many issues with TBA trackings theft in the past to the point that discord regulars just stopped sending from Amazon to them.

They are not inspecting every package - they are signing for the whole truck so if there a package or even pallet is missing they won't know until all packages from that truck are scanned. To be fair most bigger groups do it the same way, otherwise it would take forever for each truck.
