eBay used to offer eBay Bucks on gift cards and you could use eBay gift cards to buy more gift cards, and Best Buy and GameStop used to allow you to buy eBay and other gift cards with their gift cards. It was possible to buy GameStop cards on eBay at $50 for $60 earning 10% eBay Bucks during certain promotions, and then go to GameStop and turn the gift cards back into eBay gift cards to use again on the next eBay promotion. Those were the days...

There’s a few gigs today that may be gone a year from now that we’ll probably add to “Those were the days.”

I was too new to get in on that. I was working on mastering other techniques. I learned a lot though from reading all the DPs about what did and didn’t work and was able to extrapolate the info to different things.

This was the best and the worst. I hit it hard but didn't complete the 10k before they announced that they were looking through level 2 etc. A year later I got the bonus that I deserved. Kicked myself cause I only got about halfway through.

My favorite was Vanilla reloads- roll up to a CVS grab 5k and load to serve 9x times a month, easiest MM. The citi exec 100k offer was easily the best cc offer I have seen coupled with serve - had free flights for a couple of years. Amazon payments was also nice, pajama money.

On my very first trip to WM for MS, Kate printed out a MO. Never happened again, sad to say, but I'll never forget that moment of robotic bliss. My WM experience has pretty much been on a downhill slide ever since.
