talked to the manager at my local simon.
She said they are being pushed to get rid of old stock of regular cards from last year (the holiday ones with the snowman on them) so they can get the new stock for this year pushed out to them. She said they made a point to emphasize targeting gamers because they know we dump the cards quickly. It makes it so they can rotate stock faster.

What's the difference between a Lowes and a McDonalds (other than one selling hardware and one selling food)? Once you realize what the difference is you'll see that most FB merchants fall into the category Lowes belongs to, while a few fall into the McDonalds category. That's half the battle. The other half is making the right friends there (one specific friend anyway) and getting it to work without bumping up their revenue number, which would make the whole thing counterproductive.

I'm not going to give it away here, but I'll give you a hint:

I found some places I would imagine carry VGCs but I just need to visit and see if my hunches are right.

- GC purchases and re-sales..
-Hotel room and then cancel and do a refund to another card.
- Loading a Golden Nugget pre paid card..
I am sure there are 100's more ways to unload GC's at a casino for breakeven or at least anything less then a 5% loss....

It seems like a good amount of venues to try until you get something to work...

I have not...Frankly too busy with TCB/PM/and others.... i was just saying there seems to be plenty of ways if you spend a few minutes to look instead of just shooting ideas down. Sometimes you need to do the leg work if you want to find something that others haven't.
