It appears OP is only accepting applications for those in the Colorado geography. Also you will need to invest heavily (capital) into the project/venture.

Great write-up on the job posting. The job title though should probably be 'Arbitrage Analyst' as it reflects the actual job title rather than job duties from saying 'Arbitrage Analysis'. Good description otherwise. ^
