That's tame for a single card? And here I was nervous about doing 5k/month over several cards on one RB.

Had the Barclays Priceline card and had a billing dispute in first month of using the card. They did not like that and closed the card.

Had several VR cards hacked. It was a CVS employee that stole the serial number (not the PIN) from the cards and photoshopped a receipt and called Incomm and reported the PIN as damaged ... So Incomm gave them (my) PIN! I had all the receipts and evidence but Incomm said "buzz off", until I sued them in small claims and they settled before trial. Ended up costing me about $300 and 20 to 30 hours. Cost of doing business.

how many are several? since this is SCC I'm guessing somewhere around $2-5k is what you sued em for?

in any case incomm seems like the wrong entity to sue in this case. if you had already figured out the CVS employee was running this scam, you should've personally sued him, followed by CVS IF you had brought this to the attention of the manager and it was not made right internally/before needing to goto court.

I got my SO AMEX OBC card shutdown in Nov. She had that card for like 7 yrs, and only put like $50 a year on it. Then I was setup as an AU, I put 76k in 7 months

I told her,"I think you will be receiving a letter that AMEX closed your account". Since she didn't use that card anyway, she didn't get mad at me.

Last year it was Amex OBC. This year it was Diner's for an amount of MS that wouldn't have even caused my grandmother to blink. To date I, sadly in all the reported amounts I have seen, was closed for the least amount of total spend (that may be changing now as the closures continue and the work their way down the list of users). Was playing what I thought was the long game.

UFB closed me and DW down; was pumping 10K AA miles monthly for two years in each account.

Total closure, they even closed 16-year old Bank of Internet account
