how is everyone doing with these guys?
I tried to setup a new bill to owners association and they requested bill/id, and then replied:
Thanks so much for writing in. We were really honored that you wish to use Pay with RadPad to pay your bill. Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to process rent payments.

(Not so) RadPad
edit: Alright, the other 2 charges dropped off today, and I thankfully had enough in my account to cover the 3 months rent for the 1 day, you're off the hook this time RadPad...
===============================================
My rent is showing as debited 3 separate times from my SunTrust account today! So I wrote a note via their contact form this AM and I got a form e-mail this afternoon from the CEO apologizing for the problem that doesn't mention the specific problem or the dollar amount, just that they have now "fixed" the problem, but the rent is still showing as being debited 3 times and I don't have access to the funds... Make this right ASAP RadPad!

I don't have time to do RB/BB/Serve for this, so I'm thinking that I'll use my UFB AAdvantage for this to pay rent.
My roommates will cut me a check, I'll deposit it, and then use RadPad with UFB Debit (no service fee for debit) to pay $2100/month = 1050 miles a month.
Any thoughts on this? Just seems like an easy way to get some miles.

afaik, BB and AGCs have always been treated as credit cards. we can't get PIN for AGCs; BBs may have PIN for ATM w/d only. Therefore, if you use them on RP as payment, you'll get charged fees for a CC (that is, if they are accepted).
