In my experience, Amex happily receives payment in many forms - via check you write and send them, via all the online bill payment services I've tried, and even by phone from your checking account. They would probably accept crates of coins if you have any left over from the Mint days.

NO, do not get excited guys, the closest WM to SF are in Oakland and Mountain View. Though beware, Mountain View has gone the way of the dodo bird. They are a very interesting case, they are HAPPY to let you slide all day - but they refuse to let you slide for MO, as there has been too much fraud. So sad...

Dude u pulled a comment from month ago or more and twist it into a different subject. I have no idea about Oakland City prepaid mastercard or the such - sorry. I was commenting on the fact that there is a WM in Oakland and Mountain view - nothing more.
