I'm guessing Kmart won't work either since I believe they also use CheckFreePay like WM.

Would Amex reject bill pays from these 7-11 and CheckFreePay? Does the money restore to your debit card assuming you use it. I did a BP at 7-11 the other day for barclay that went through. I have no experience with bp for Amex.

If it 's not in the Checkfree system, how would they pay it?

Dude u pulled a comment from month ago or more and twist it into a different subject. I have no idea about Oakland City prepaid mastercard or the such - sorry. I was commenting on the fact that there is a WM in Oakland and Mountain view - nothing more.

I don't think Amex is going to reject payments from anywhere. If a particular bill-pay service isn't set up to pay Amex, that's a different thing entirely.
