Serve Software Errors
Thought I'd post about my latest experience loading Serve, so it doesn't come as a bad surprise to others. I loaded my Serve account at WM last night with 2x$500. But when I later checked my email confirmations and online transactions, I discovered that the loads posted as 2x$496.05. When I called Serve about the problem, a phone rep assured me that it's a known software bug. Until the problem is fixed, customers just need to call them, and the missing amount will be added as a "goodwill credit".
So don't throw away your receipts and check your transactions for errors.
