When you look at the scummy practices discussed as MS by people who are probably honest citizens the other 99% of the time, you realize why CC issuers and carriers have instituted the draconian rules they have.

You are going to have to fly it. The trick is to figure out a way to have somebody else (your employer) pay for the most expensive airline ticket possible with good justification. Not as easy if your employer is cheap as hell with expense accounts, like mine.
