Chronic WM BB Loading problems with MCs
Although I consider myself somewhat of a veteran, I seem to be having bluebird loading issues at Walmart for the last three days.
No matter what I do I keep getting error code 14 when I try to load with any Mastercards starting with 516488
Anybody having similar issues?

As for the MC issue, was this at a kiosk, Money center, or cashier?

I had zero issues today with MC's with those first couple digits loading to BB, other than having to train two more cashiers in the midwest. Change payment was required, as usual however.
You done the usual check balance, gowallet, etc?

I assume this is at the registers. If so, for the past few weeks what I've had to do is not have the cashiers input anything before I swipe, swipe the card and hit cancel and debit, and only then have the cashier put in debit and the amount on their end. If they do the debit on their side first, and I swipe the MC, the system registers the swipe as a default credit and kills the transaction.

I was just tying to insert a little levity.
As to your question, I was told by a WM MC employee that after three failures, her system will lock out that card for 24 hours. I have no way of knowing if this is true, but she seemed to be knowledgeable. So, maybe try again after waiting a full 24 hours and see if the issue resolves itself.
