$5 coupon when you buy 1 or 2 gift cards?

Supposed to be 2, but prints with 1.

Edit: beaten to the punch by azcoyote again!

Maybe I'm not thinking about this correctly, but: with a $5.95 fee per card, seems like this is a push under best circumstances. Even purchasing with a 5% card wouldn't fully cover fee plus liquidation cost, so the benefit seems to lie solely in the 40 cents per gallon off (per $100 card). So you save $8 on a 20 gallon fill-up?

It's really the combo benefit of 4x fuel points, 5% back card, and $5 coupon that makes this worth while.

Has anyone been able to confirm the 7/15 end date? I have an AA card on its way and hoping to catch at least one day with this deal still going :)

The $100 GC angle is pretty smart. Sadly i have all the fuel points I can feasibly used over the next 2 months. I have collected about 100 of these $5 coupons. I'm getting sick of them to be honest. Only because they have a short life. Otherwise I'd be all over it till the bitter end.

I've got all the gas points I can use till the end of August as well, but am now switching to the variable @ $500. I have no problem using all the catalinas for $5 worth of soup, chili, meat for the freezer, etc. Plenty of things that have a long shelf life to stock up on.

That's what someone said a while ago, they had a coupon print out indicating the offer.

However, my local Fred Meyer had the promotion till 7/12. I wonder if the computer glitch means that the coupon will continue printing till 7/15.

Bought 2 $500 VGC and no coupon printed. Can someone confirm if anyone got $5 coupon printed today?

I got them today when buying a pair of 500 variables at the time (make sure you give them your kroger id and thst the coupon machine is working)

I've bought dozens this past week, a few times I've run into a register (usually self-checkout) that doesn't print a coupon even with light on and paper loaded. At one Krogers I found 2 out of 6 self-checkouts don't print for some strange reason.

Just switch over to a different register and avoid the ones that didn't print next time.

I bought a variable and Home Depot card today, coupon printed with it.

By the way, this story caught my eye. Not the fraud, but the reported "large amounts" charged that caught the attention of the Fraud Dept. Because Kroger is taking DL info, is it to gather information per store or regionally? My Kroger still allows purchase of MO via debit card but also asks for K cards.

Did 5 individual transactions of $500 MC at two different frys today and got a coupon each time. The cashier asked how I knew that she should run them all individually, she thought I was some kind of human genius or something. She said she had never heard of doing that (she didnt seem real smart).
