I have had the same problems as many of you. I spent over an hour on the phone yesterday. Reloadit said the issue was on AN side. AN says after an hour there is no attempted transactions. They happened to send me a 2nd AN card months ago when I stopped using their card and I just tried this morning to load my reloadits that had been sitting there for over a week in the safe and they went through. I check my AN and I have a 4.95 fee pending. I said screwed it and did billpay out the difference and will be done with it.

In my experience, AN goes through many, prolonged periods of time where you cannot load. This was true before and now during the RS. Whenever I call AN, they just tell me all is good on their end. However, if I then try to load TM, it will always go through. So, guess you just have to wait out these hiccups with AN. I only put up with it as the ability to ACH is golden.

No. I'm talking about where the load is not made due to the "We are experiencing . . . " pop up and funds are retained in the Safe. If the load was made, that is funds have been removed from the Safe, but the funds did not show up in the card to be loaded, then I would not wait and I'd be calling folks.

Has anyone tried removing a card from their safe and porting it to a new safe (so as to increase what you can do with more safes)?

Wondering if that works but if people have tried it and it leaves that card homeless...well...

Do you even have a safe?

There is no way to remove or change anything.

Has anyone been able to log into their safe today? I keep getting a message that they're having technical difficulties, and I've been trying for the past two or so hours.

I have not been able to load anything to AN since May 24. No issues loading to TM. A very long hiccup.

uh...try 1) logging in
then 2) "Cards" -- it's the big green one in the lower RH corner
then 3) click "remove" next to the card you want to remove.

S/he probably thought you meant removing used Reloadit packs, which is not possible.

...which...I don't even. Why would anyone want to remove a used-up pack to add to another account? "card" /= "pack"
