CVS No longer selling VR??

I just went to two of my local cvs's in ny that is usually stacked with vr's. Either someone cleaned them out or they no longer sell them. Was super fustrated as that would kill my convenience in MSing.

I'll have to check back again to see if they restock and maybe confirm with a manager.

If a CVS is "stacked with VRs" you should go hard on it. Otherwise someone else will.

Found a new CVS near me with 30 VRs, they were all gone within a week. Cashier said the guy who normally buys them hadn't been in there for a week (probably on a trip). Sorry dude :D

You only have to do that if you have competition. I have been playing H-O-R-S-E all by myself for 11 months now, it gets pretty lonesome.

My local store was out of beans for nearly 2 months (while 2 stores within 2 miles were not), but it just got them back. The manager claimed somebody else came in and stocked them, and they had no control.

My closest store just put out much more stock than usual, and strangely enough, it looks like over half of them are the older style. Maybe they got them from another store.

CVS now $1k/day?

I went to a local CVS and found none, but then realized someone hid them. There was about 40. I put them in plain view again and bought two. A week later they were either all gone or the person who hid them his then again, and better this time.

Unrelated but my local cash only Duane Reade just got about 400 VR's in, such torture.

What a D-bag!

What city is this?

NYC, so VR's are obviously really competitive here. My parents live in Westchester (north of the city) so when I visit them it's much easier to find VR's at almost all CVS's.

Both Washington, DC and Chicago (Union Station checked on a train layover) have plenty. :)

That D-bag is going to mess that store up for you and everyone else.
Go talk to the manager and ask them to keep them to leave a few hanging on the rack and keep the rest behind the register. That's what my stores do and everyone is better off for it.

I'm going to Seattle for a quick trip tomorrow. If anyone has any recommendations for a place to hit up in Seattle, please PM me. Thanks in advance!
