Timing of bread/drinks in MH J/C
I've had multiple MH C/J flights, and on all of them they never served drinks, or handed out bread for a good 10 to 15 minutes or so after putting out the meal. On both flights, I had to ask - only to get strange responses, as if I was asking for a cow to be sacrificed for me, and it threw the crew completely off.
Perhaps it's just me, but generally I assume wine + bread are designed to go with the meal. Am I missing something, and in MH culture is bread considered the dessert?
