Re Wakaya and one dive per stay - I'd highly doubt that is reality and bet you'd get a least one dive per person per day, if not two. It's been a few years since I was there and I have a good TA who's also a diver but diving on a daily basis is typical there.

even a 'mini' report would be great. make sure to be in touch re preferences, possibly including talking to chef. they will most likely stock things for you as well, including alcohol up to certain price.
