I've booked in at the LB in Venice in December. Before booking it I decided to join the Leader's Club Access level ($300), after reading their promise of confirmed upgrades.
I booked a Jnr Suite with a lagoon view on an AP rate, but the upgrade is only processed at check-in - has anyone experienced the upgrade policy at this hotel, or maybe at others within the LHW set?
If it's a no go, then I might get my money back for the Leader's Club fee, and use it to pay the difference between the two room rates.
