Amanresorts Expansion - Europe & the Americas

Amanresorts and Urban Asset Management have entered into a 50-50 joint venture to develop resorts in Europe and the Americas in the next 3 to 5 years.

See the press release in the investor relations page of the website for Urban Corp. It's not clear what the numbers will be for expansion and whether or not existing Amanresorts will be sold.
