Congrats.... Will this be your 2nd or 3rd FS journey?
Do they offer anything above and beyond for repeat?

The second. Not much incentive to rebook, just a comp additional night. My TA offers the same so we’ll add at least two nights.

Some agencies might get extra benefits or amenities. We are usually able to negotiate a cash rebate which can be put towards extra hotel nights, special meals, or just pocket money for shopping.

There is a limited time Four Seasons Preferred Partner offer for two-seat bookings on any 2020 FS Private Jet journey that includes a $10,000 credit to use on the new Shop Four Seasons at Home online retail site (shop.fourseasons.com). You could use the credit on some new Four Seasons mattresses :-) We recently purchased the FS Signature mattress and we love it.

Yes, I received info about the incentive but we held out for the new jet in 2021. Perhaps others are doing the same thus the need for a 2020 booking incentive.

We can still arrange for a private incentive regardless of departure date. It's agency specific.

GTK. But it would take a lot for me to deprive my awesome TA of a nice booking.

Negotiate a cash rebate directly from Four Seasons.....?
or do you want to be more upfront about what you are trying to post here with a signature tag line to your website?

Well, after Covid delays and new dates we will finally be taking this Jet Journey in August. It’s the Ancient Explorer itinerary commencing in Miami then Mexico City, Easter Island, Bora Bora, Great Barrier Reef, Bangkok, Petra, Cairo, Taormina and ending in Madrid. All FS accommodations except on Easter Island and Australia. So far the communication and planning with TCS staff has been impeccable and thorough. Happy to answer any questions and I’ll post some observations after the trip.

The co2 emissions per person narrative is nothing more than distorting facts and a vieled class war against the wealthy. Does a FedEx cargo jet emit even more co2 because it has 0 passengers? What about a Emirates jet with 20% of its seats filled? Who's to know? A jet engine doesn't know how many pax are onboard to calculate the per person co2 amount - it emits what it emits. Aviation's carbon footprint is only 2% of global co2 emissions. Private jets 0.04%. Articles like these will do absolutely nothing to change the mind of those who can afford to fly the FS jet around the world.

If you are going to accuse others of distortion, at least get your own facts right: aviation accounts for 2.5% to 3.5%: https://ourworldindata.org/co2-emissions-from-aviation. And per person "narratives" are critical, because per person, wealthy people damage the planet many times as much as less wealthy people: up to 1000 times more: https://www.iea.org/commentaries/the...n-the-bottom-1. It is about responsibility and accountability. You might not like the facts, which is something to reflect on, but facts themselves, if accurate, are not "class war". They are just facts.

OK, this discussion has veered in a direction that should be in Omni or Omni PR, not here. Future posts here along these lines regardless of position will be deleted. Let's get back to the main subject of this thread.

Thanks,

Starting the packing “process” now for our 8/15 departure to begin our next jet trip with FS. Anticipating that packing will be the only arduous aspect of this trip. Have received all pre-departure documents including our personalized itinerary that accommodates all our excursions, activity choices and upgrades. Preplanning with TCS personnel has been so well organized and follow-thru with special requests has been impeccable.

Happy to answer any questions.
