BTT: The rules for the Germany-Austrian promo are:
Flights between Austria and Berlin, Dresden, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hannover, Cologne, Leipzig, Munich, Nürnberg, Stuttgart, Zurich
between 07JAN and 28FEB.
Bonus miles: 2,000 for a roundtrip in Economy Class, 3,000 for Business Class
No extra miles for connecting flight between Graz, Linz, Salzburg, Klagenfurt and Innsbruck to Vienna

Unfortunately MO is crediting miles very reluctant. Only when you book at rack rates they do. As a regular guest one out of ten bookings they grant M&M miles. Even if you claim at M&M the answer is always, you booked a special rate which does not justify miles. This applies regulary even on bookings for 700$+/night.

"My miles" {promotion}... are no longer mine
I was not targeted for this promotion, but for the December 2008 NRT-FRA-TXL I received 50% bonus. The return flight (TXL-FRA-KIX) was a few days ago, and only flown miles were posted...
Not complaining here (given that I was not initially targeted for the promotion), but find it sort of strange... Did anyone else experience this?

The initial promotion expired 31.12.2008... crossings posted a new mymiles link, but that didn't work for me in 2009.
