Here is mine (only in German):
Heute ist ein besonderer Tag....
...deshalb gratulieren wir Ihnen herzlich zum Geburtstag mit einem Zitat der englischen Schauspielerin Joan Collins:
"Alter ist irrelevant, es sei denn, du bist eine Flasche Wein."
In diesem Sinne, verbringen Sie angenehme Stunden!

That "plant" thing is a bit weird.
A HON, travelling every day, usually won't have time to maintain, water and pet a plant...
Then again, it might be a "travel plant" which requires its own F seat. Like Yo-yo Ma's infamous Cello.
That would be the first plant to become HON.

I got a a card, too, arrived two weeks after my birthday in the UK mailed from Germany and written in German. Interesting enough, the transparent inlay with the gold leaf has a small "GB" in the left right corner. Wonder, whether this has a meaning or not.

I got a card - and I'm thrilled to bits. Lufthansa has my loyalty for life: all those mean, small-minded complaints about delays, old-C, fuel surcharges etc are forgotten.

LH recently hired a new head of marketing who promised in an interview that LH will increase their efforts to ensure that SEN actually get treated as important customers. I guess there will be no new benefits but they will communicate benefits smarter than in the past - like the call I mentioned in another thread ("This is a special SEN privilege for our valued customers").
Your birthday card may already part of that new strategy.

Afaik FAs have been briefed to look after the SENs on board. I don't know, if something has happend in this way.
