A340 coach question
I'm travelling with two kids on the A34O from SFO to MUC this summer. Does the A34O have personal videos in coach ???

I've flown LH Y with 2 (very young) kids. Boy was it gawd awful.
If your kids are young enough to lap, the best advice I can give you is to buy them a seat anyway. You'll appreciate the extra room!

On my next flight I am booked at row 27 which should have the WC wall behind. Does anyone have comments re seat recline?
Furthermore, there seems to be two versions of the A340, Version 8/42/197 and Version 8/54/173. The one which flies from NRT to MUC is listed as being the 8/54/173 which economy starts from row 23 on the seatmap of checkmytrip.com but Lufthansa Tokyo says it's 8/42/197 which economy starts at row 20. Go figure. Does anyone know? Thanks.

REALLY? No PV's in coach on any LH aircraft?? That is so strange to me! I have yet to fly on an airline trans-atlantic (other than some of DL's planes) that don't have PVs in coach! Does anyone know which routes fly the leased A340s to FRA? I am flying ATL-FRA in March and had heard about LH's great service - but with no PVs, that's a big strike in my book!

If it helps to determine the aircraft - the seat maps seem to show economy starting at row 19. I saw some other replies where the A340s start Y at row 20 or 23. Maybe ATL is one route that they fly the leased planes on?
