LH's "supercheap" domestics also "super flexible" ?
Just read about this thing on lh.com while booking a supercheap domestic flight DUS-MUC:
"Flight fare is not refundable except the paid taxes and security charges..."
If this is true it would be a better deal than a train ride where you dont have these cancellation rules!! Well they need some time to refund the money but in the era of ETIX it's simple and efficient.
The ticket price is just 14,- EUR and the taxes and fees were about 76,- EUR plus TSC a few bucks !
So your loss in case of a cancellation is about 20 bucks !?
Any mistakes in my minds ??

You're completely right and that's exactly what I do several times a year. If I don't know when exactly a meeting will be over I just book 2 flights in cheapo booking classes and ask for a refund of taxes etc afterwards. If you book clever you can even save TSC.

Well, I guess we'll need another DO in order to sort out my other problems. But there again flying gets you some personal attention (paging London ) as well if you're good. But I think buying cheapo (in-)flexible is not gonna help too much.
