LH making it difficult to qualify?

Oldthinker, I can understand you. I have had such an issue in the first year I became FTL. But that was by lots of trips and same day turnarounds. Some flights took six weeks to gret credited. As this was year end, I was quite a bit worried, too.
Since this time, it had happend occasionally again and the most times, if I was rebooked on another flight. In one case it took me three letters / telefaxes and a nice conversation with one of the M&M staff to get this solved.
But seven flights not to get credited, that is bad luck and more the exception than the rule.
