Wednesday - AM flight to Australia, arrive Thursday PM.
Friday - Meetings in Australia
Saturday - PM flight to Europe, arrive Sunday AM
Monday - Start over.
Rinse and repeat for 4 months and you'll make it.
(Yes, of course I'm joking)
