Yes: M&M SEN line in USA very competent. C WL on the Y segments. Called twice, first time got equally good ORD-ZRH-DEL-FRA-DTW option as mixed award offered for 130k.

Yes, was a quite problematic constellation, since children are Senator as well and pay companion award to parents, as well since combined F+C class !

I called the swiss M&M number because I couldn't find the FTL number anymore. It took me 10 minutes on the phone, very happy about that.
I did a dummy booking for 2 with my account to check availability, but didn't want to book 2 separate tix online in case I wasn't able to select the same dates with the 2nd ticket.

I called SAS many times in order to get this right according to my choice. First I ended up with UA to MIA instead of FLL via LHR/IAD/BRU with odd connection times. Managed to get a return on LH via PHL after that.

Well...what can say...Extremely happy. The story goes like this:
Some months ago i booked this award for myself and my friend, but in Y. Based on what i have read here it seemed to be very hard to get award tickets in LH C to Asia. And since we are going to KUL during the Malaysian Formula 1 GP, I didnt either bother to call Kassel.
Some time ago i read a thread here where Runabout writes:
well for the waitlist sen procedure ....
must be at least 14 days prior to departure
for business waitlist the d-class must be available
So i send Runabout a PM and asked if he could waitlist me on the same flight i already had my Y-booking. I didnt have much hope of success as the outbound showed C9 D0 Z0 while the inbound had C9 D9 Z9 according to Expertflyer.com.
Today, at 10.20 am Runabout called me to confirm my request. Exactly 2 hours later I received an email from LH Call Center where they inform that my waitlist had been confirmed....^^^
I am very happy and pleased and a big, big thank you to mr. Runabout....

I checked many different routes with the ANA tool many many times to get my preferred dates. Without this tool I would never ever been able to get the seats. After I found the seats, I called Kassel SEN service and they booked it for me.

Booked today one award flight in F to BKK from DUS via FRA at the 14th April with LH.
It was my first call to SEN Hotline for this flight
and I got my preferred departure date. Only the flight back with LH I've to take two days later but it was possible to get a flight with TG.
