More or less yes. The problem was PPT AKL which is served only twice a week. After I managed to get the seats on this leg, I built the rest of the routing around it.
- Were you happy with the award booking procedure (e.g. online/by phone)? How often did you have to check/call until you got the seats?
I checked many different routes with the ANA tool many many times to get my preferred dates. Without this tool I would never ever been able to get the seats. After I found the seats, I called Kassel SEN service and they booked it for me.
